Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope

The right of withdrawal applies to purchases made through the BiowoodUrns platform, in compliance with applicable European and national legislation.

2. B2B customers

For orders placed by business customers (B2B), the right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection legislation does not apply automatically. Return conditions are governed by the specific contractual terms agreed between the parties.

3. Withdrawal period

Where the right of withdrawal is provided for by the contract, the customer may exercise it within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending a written communication to BiowoodUrns.

4. How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

• Send a written communication by email to the address indicated in the contact section
• Specify the order number and the products subject to withdrawal
• Return the products intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the communication

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customised or made-to-measure products
• Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating rapidly
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons

6. Refund

In the case of a valid withdrawal, BiowoodUrns will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same original payment method.

7. Return shipping costs

The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
